My favourite photo of myself from India. Here I had been in the country for a week and I had been staying in the yoga capital, Rishikesh. This is from a meditative walk I did with Ralph as part of our yoga retreat at Phool Chatti Ashram where we did a week intensive yoga and ayurvedic cleansing. I felt like I was cleaning my mind, body and soul and my body was beginning to feel strong and flexible. We had been backpacking through Europe for two months so I was very fit and my immunity was strong. I continued my yoga practice daily for one whole month after this photo was taken and I felt so amazing in my health as well as much more spiritually connected. Unfortunately the stress of travelling the south of India took me away from my practice and I began to sleep more and eat more unhealthy foods. My goal this year is to return to where I was in my health in this photo and incorporate more daily yoga and meditation into my life and adopt a raw vegan diet. Bring simplicity into my life and through that happiness. Much love to you all, you inspire me daily! Let’s make this revolution a health revolution xxxx sat nam
