Cosmic Weather

The Week Ahead, September 24 - 30, 2012 ~

THE PLUTO-URANUS THEMES of transformation, revelation, restlessness and rebellion are likely to be highlighted in many ways this week. Since the New Moon on September 15, certain issues have been growing in our awareness. Now, with a powerful Full Moon on the calendar for next Saturday, we may be ready to make those life-changing decisions — or, at the very least, open to a greater awareness of what needs to change — that will accelerate our forward motion.

The effects of this Full Moon will be strongest next weekend, but we will be working with its themes throughout the week as the lunar cycle builds, and as other planets interact with the force field that has been set up by the Pluto-Uranus square.

A MARS-VENUS SQUARE is exact on Thursday, but both planets interact with Pluto and Uranus starting on Monday. This means the dance between masculine and feminine archetypes and traits is centerstage throughout the week. This is our opportunity to see our conflicting internal needs more clearly, and also to observe how those conflicts are reflected externally in our relationships with others.

With Mars in Scorpio pushing against Uranus on Monday and Pluto on Tuesday, we may be feeling especially restless and resistant to being told what to do. We can feel the pressure of others’ unspoken needs, especially if we sense any attempts at manipulation. We remember “all those times” we gave away our power, and are bound and determined not to do THAT again.

With Mars so busy energetically, we may find it very difficult to hold in our reactions this week. This will be especially true if we feel someone is trying to control us. At the same time, we must also watch our own tendencies to manipulate others to get them to do what we want, instead of having the courage to state our needs directly.

BEGINNING ON TUESDAY, Venus in Leo is also engaged with Pluto and Uranus. Venus is representing a very different part of us — the part that longs to feel special and loved, to be appreciated, and to belong. This is the part that enjoys the first stages of relationship, when all of life’s colors seem particularly vibrant, and there are no questions about the other’s adoration.

This week, that part may feel very impatient with relationships that do not meet the ongoing needs for feeling seen, honored and accepted. Instead of seeing the colors of life enhanced, we may be complaining about all the ways we no longer feel fulfilled by how things are going.

BY THE TIME we get to the actual Mars-Venus square on Thursday, we may have much of the buildup in tension behind us. As a result, we may be able to see more clearly what changes may be needed to make our relationships — and our lives in general — more satisfying.

What we are really trying to do is find what is at the heart of dissatisfaction we may be experiencing. Mars in Scorpio represents the part of us that wants intimacy, honesty, and depth. Venus in Leo represents the part of us that wants the joy of self-expression, playfulness, and creativity.

Both of these needs are legitimate, and as we work with this square, each of us will need to come to terms with where there is imbalance in our life experience. And, Uranus and Pluto will help us let go of the old ways and create the new, as needed.

THE HIGHLIGHT of the week, energetically speaking, is the Full Moon, exact on Saturday evening in the Pacific Time zone. This is a powerful lunation because the Moon is within a degree of being conjunct Uranus and square Pluto. In other words, the Full Moon carries with it the full energies of the Pluto-Uranus square that was exact last week.

For those who have been needing that extra boost of motivation or courage before taking action, this Full Moon supplies plenty! And, if we’ve been waiting for life to show us the next road to take, this Full Moon may also give us some clear indicators — both of what needs to be left behind or released, and of what forward steps will be most enlivening and fulfilling. - Pam Younghans/NorthPoint Astrology Journal

theawakenedstate:

Alter Your Karmic Cycle.

We are slaves of habit. Besides well-ingrained physical habits, we also have deep-rooted mental ones – our attitudes, perceptions and beliefs that involuntarily guide our unique behavior. Our conditioned mental patterns are like our subconscious blueprint and manifest in our life repeatedly. As a result, we are prone to, and despite efforts usually find it hard to shake off, anger, fear, aggression, anxiety, envy or low self-esteem.

The notion of our deep-seated mental beliefs can be better understood by becoming familiar with the concept of karma. It is invaluable to grasp this concept to understand the inner mechanics of our thoughts and actions. Only by choosing to deal with our individualkarma, can we work on creating a new reality for ourselves.

Karma is the notion of a cyclical process where our every action or intention leads to lasting impressions on our psyche, and these impressions in turn impact our future behavior — comprising fresh intentions and actions — leading to new lasting impressions being formed. Our actions are called karma and the latent impressions they create are termed samskaras.

According to the law of karma, all our experiences in the present are dictated by our cumulative stored samskaras of past actions and reactions. This cyclical process ofkarma explains why we repeatedly attract similar situations that create conditions for the stored samskaras to manifest, leading to similar karma being created.

Anger leads to creation of unhappiness, frustration and anger in our emotional psyche. These stored unresolved emotions, our samskaras, eventually lead to generation of anger at the slightest provocation in the future. And, the cycle continues.

Unless we consciously choose to deal with our individual karma, it recurs in our life with great alacrity, and unless resolved, restricts us from experiencing real freedom and happiness.

The question is what good is our material progress if we remain ill equipped to reforming our inner being; what’s the merit in our climbing the social, career or financial ladder if we cannot overcome our mental fragility? In the midst of our reckless pursuit of modern life, what’s our real purpose?

The purpose of human life is to work through our personal karma and experience innate happiness, peace and joy in our state of being. The gifted ability to make that conscious choice is what makes the human life so precious compared to other life forms. The only way to create a new reality, of loving relationships, mental peace, inner happiness, deeper fulfillment, and abundance, in your life is to alter this karmic cycle. That’s the path to experience a new reality.

This journey entails learning to be a witness to our own mental and emotional patterns –our dominant beliefs and our recurring and conditioned responses. What makes you angry or fearful or anxious and how often? What beliefs do you have that make you feel that way?

Further, it requires taking personal responsibility of your situation – rather than blame your circumstances, partner or colleague, this is about focusing your attention towards your own conditioned thoughts, beliefs and actions.

Learning to live in the present, where we can consciously bring our subconscious patterns into our active awareness and make fresh choices in how we deal with a given situation helps us move forward. As we make new positive choices, we start to neutralise the hold the old samskaras have on our psyche. The more we stay in the present, the more we can redirect the future and the more empowered we become to experience inner peace and joy. ~ ॐ ~

Energy Symptoms: Our Body’s Response to Vibrational Change ›

theawakenedstate:

This is a great article i stumbled on who is also talking about the changing new energies going into our system and how the latest shift is impacting us. Always a good find when you see another person resonating with the same feelings you’ve been getting lately. Enjoy :)

Energy Symptoms: Our Body’s Response to Vibrational Change
By Stacy Vajta

There was a vibrational shift that happened over the past few days that, well, clobbered me. I haven’t felt thrown off energetically, in this way, in a long time. But “energy symptoms” are common as we raise our vibration and expand into new energies that our physical bodies must learn to hold.

Several years ago, as I was really in the throes of vibrational change, I spent quite a bit of time feeling these energy symptoms. It was an everyday occurrence to feel “off.”Headaches, nausea, dizziness, sinus pressure/squeezing, irritability, tears and theneed for sleep (lots of sleep) were common for me.

gold energy explosion Energy Symptoms: Our Bodys Response to Vibrational ChangeBut I knew that this was not solely physical, but energetic; as my body was working overtime to release energy that could no longer support my spiritual evolution, and at the same time integrate all the new energy I was aware of. It felt like a full time job, all this energy processing.

And then came summer solstice of 2011, when this all shifted for me. Blissful body regulation…ahh!

I’m not sure why, but it felt like I had crossed over a threshold and moved myself into a new state of being. There was less fighting internally to all this change, more ease and flow in all areas of my life, and my body felt a whole lot better.

Since then I’ve had moments of these energy symptoms, particularly with solar flares, yet they are much more manageable. But this weekend I found myself camped out on my couch wanting sleep, a little head achy, and so full of energy that I’d catch myself sighing deeply every few minutes, to offer myself some energetic release.

So what’s going on? Another shift.

The past few months have felt to me like a time for preparing. I’ve been talking with people about creating solid foundations (energetically) to be able and ready to manage bigger changes coming our way. And I think the energy ushering in those changes has arrived!

Here we are, about half-way through 2012, and the energy is building. And right now we’re in an energetic shift that is once again re-arranging our physical structure to hold this higher vibration.

Light energy Energy Symptoms: Our Bodys Response to Vibrational ChangeWhen I look at the energy right now I see a much faster energy signaling a vibration moving into our systems that creates an energetic upgrade.

The vibration of the energy speeds up and injects us, so to speak, with new vibrational information. Think of it like a big energetic crescendo before our next big “aha!”  And right now there’s a quickening of the energy, and our lower chakras are getting a workout as we process this energy — both consciously and unconsciously and ground it into our physical bodies.

This new or latest wave of energy shifts us into more connectivity…with ourselves (our Higher Selves), with each other and with the greater energy at large. This connectivity is good, but we’re being re-wired to contain a vibration that is so different than what we know, that both our emotional and biological systems are reacting.

What our Spirit says “Yes!” to, our physical body often embraces with a rousing, “Maybe!” and our biology responds with an emphatic “No!” to change.

Our deeper biological system goes into fight or flight with these vibrational shifts. And that can be why some of this vibrational change can be so hard to fully integrate and process. We have to talk to our body at the biological level to get our body consciousness on board.

This latest shift is just another deepening into our spiritual evolution. And because we aren’t making this change in the spiritual realms alone — but also here in our bodies and in this reality — it’s important to spend time focused on your body in these moments of energetic re-arranging. And right now, you may want to especially pay attention to the lower chakras as we each ground our own energy into ourselves and the earth more deeply.

So what to do?

1. When you notice these weird physical issues, and you have ruled out actual physical problems, begin to tune-in at the energetic level and see what is goingon.

Sometimes simply recognizing that what you are working with has an energetic component, gives you new tools to work with. You can turn your radar to this level and begin to focus your awareness where it needs it the most to allow a shift.

2. Take a look at your biology, or what I envision within as the brain of the brain!

brainenergy Energy Symptoms: Our Bodys Response to Vibrational ChangeConnect into yourself at the biological level (cells, brain, nervous system, blood, bones, microbial elements etc.) and feel into how willing your biology and all your physical systems are accepting and working with this new energy. Again, sometimes just taking your awareness to this level can give you insight.

3. Be gentle with your process, but doprocess.

We are in a period of accelerated growth, and it needs your attention. Even if you may not feel an energy symptom pointing out that your own energy is changing, take a look within. Be present to what is. Sit in meditation, do your own healing work or get some support.

Right now, I’d suggest doing any grounding exercises you can. Really spend time not only anchoring your energy into the earth, but to seek out energy within the earth to support you. There are grids of energy there that hold the information (energy) to help you work with the vibrational changes we are under-going. Draw that energy into your body and energy system and let it support you.

Also spend time working with (via awareness) your lower chakras. You want to be bringing your fullest energy into that part of your body. Spend time there, as this is trulythe task at hand…embodying all this spiritual information!

4. Allow what the energy is about, to “come in” as you integrate it all.

Sometimes that answer to what this is all about takes some time to move in to our awareness. We often have to let the energy shift and then we get the “aha!” So let your own energy settle, stay present to the experience and allow the inner shift to come; and then the information will indeed drop in or present itself!

These energy symptoms can be a hassle and interrupt our normal activity. And for sensitive people, they can be a particular problem. But if we can stop and recognize what is going on and work with the energy that is creating the inner shift and expand into it, the symptoms can and do ease.

So hang in there with this latest shift. It ‘aint over yet! But what I do know is that we are all OK as we ease into what is new. And please do let me know how you are doing through this latest shifting energy!

DL Zeta: Choosing an Identity Self Aligned with Love and Abundance of Spirit ›

ourascension:

We are always free to choose an identity self who is experiencing peace and joy — regardless of the circumstances of our past.

We are free to choose an identity aligned with our highest visions. In order to step fully into a positive and empowered identity self, you may need to experience the process of “releasing past negative and limiting identities.”

As you undertake this transitional process of releasing past limiting or negative identities, you may find some or all of the following steps helpful:

One) Give yourself permission to withdraw from any realities or interactions associated with old, limiting or negative identities. Even if there are those close to you who are still “invested” in your old identity, you can choose new ways of interacting with them that are aligned with your new identity. It may be necessary for a time to limit your interaction until you are strongly aligned and centered in your new identity. In time, others will learn to interact with the perspective of your new identity.

Two) Allow and welcome the changes your new identity brings into your life. Understand that a change in identity often equals a change of vibration. In accordance with the Law of Attraction, a change of vibration effectively de-magnetizes some connections in your life while magnetizing new ones. If you shift to a new identity, you may find yourself drawn to a new career, a new course of study, new friends, activities, a new diet and exercise regimen, or other new ways of being.

Three) Open to explore new areas of experience and expression. When you undergo an “identity shift,” you become more closely aligned with new and previously unknown aspects of yourself. This is why you choose to experience new identities in the first place — to learn about yourself and access new realms of experience. It is likely your new identity self will bring you into resonance with talents and abilities you have acquired throughout your arc of lifetimes but have not yet discovered in your present lifetime. As these new talents reveal themselves, follow your excitement and passion to explore whatever realms of experience and expression you feel drawn to.

Four) Allow yourself to embrace and accept times of uncertainty. Times of transition and change don’t have to be times of depression and anxiety. Instead, they can be times of great anticipation and joy, times filled with abundant opportunities for reshaping your reality and perceiving and adopting new ways of being.

Five) Affirm that as you open to and receive the abundance of the universe, you are infinitely more capable of assisting others, including those closest to you who may initially feel threatened or upset by the changes you are making.

Six) Build into your transitional bridging identity self (and all future identity selves) a wise, nurturing component that loves and knows how to nurture every aspect of your being into a place of healing. This nurturing presence may represent the essence of a wise and loving guide that is an aspect of your higher self. Whenever old voices tell you that you are doomed to repeat painful patterns of the past, invite this nurturing aspect of your consciousness to sit with the parts of your self that are still playing “old tapes.” This nurturing aspect of your new identity self can dialogue with these older aspects of your consciousness, or simply sit with them, radiating love and understanding.

Seven) Expand your awareness and beliefs to embrace the idea that “identity selves” are designed to be changed, released and adopted in whatever way is necessary for you to grow and progress throughout your lifetime. Just as each generation that incarnates on the Earth plane adds to, improves upon and heals the consciousness and creations of the previous generation, each new identity self adds to, improves and heals the identity selves that came before it. Likewise, each identity self sets down a foundation and creates the causes of new identities that expand consciousness in new and exciting directions.

Eight) Learn to program desired characteristics into all your new identities through intention, will and desire. You may already have characteristics in mind that you would like to adopt. You may wish to be more intuitive, more creative, more compassionate, more giving, more discerning, etc. You may also choose to adopt characteristics of people you admire, or characteristics of those you have read about. Expand your repertoire of desired qualities by becoming an observer.

Observe your world, find what feels peaceful and whole. Observe individuals who you admire, who radiate a peaceful, loving vibration. Study the identity selves of creative and expansive people you know, study biographies of those you admire and wish to emulate. What do these individuals believe about themselves? Find words to describe the characteristics of those you admire. Describe for yourself the nature of their identity self. How does it different from yours? How is it similar?

Nine) Refrain from judging past experiences you may consider “dark.” Embrace all your experiences, keeping in mind that the extent of darkness always equals the extent of light. Learn to appreciate and express gratitude for all your experiences, for the depths of understanding they have given you. In this way, you are able to transform every circumstance into a joyful opportunity for growth and transformation.

Choosing an Identity Self aligned with Joy and Peace

Once you have released limiting and negative identities, you are free to align with the version of yourself that is living along a timeline of joy and peace. In much the same way that you may have previously seen yourself as “one who experiences pain and difficulty,” you can now choose to see yourself as “one who experiences joy and peace.” You can choose to adopt the identity of “one who loves and is loved,” or “one who is abundant and giving,” or even as one who is “ecstatically creative and giving birth to great works of art and other forms of expression that help enliven and liberate human consciousness.”

Choosing an Identity Aligned with your Highest Visions

It is possible to hold a vision for your life year after year without seeing it manifest in your physical reality. Many people hold themselves in a place of judgment, feeling there must be something “wrong” when their dreams seem to elude them. There is nothing “wrong,” though you may need to adjust your perspective to manifest your vision. We will offer here some insights into how you can transform this circumstance.

One of the most common reasons people fail to manifest their dreams is that their current “identity self” is not aligned with their highest vision. If the vision your higher self brings you is that you are an energy healer but your present identity is that you are a clerk at a fast food restaurant, you have some changes to make in your identity.

As long as the self with which you are strongly identified is vastly different from the self that is experiencing your highest vision, you will go through your days with a feeling of being “outside looking in,” with your deepest desires perpetually beyond your reach This does not have to be the case. By making a simple adjustment in perspective, you can begin living your highest vision within your present moment. By identifying with anything you choose to bring into your reality, you make it “real” in your world.

We offer here a process for adopting a new identity self aligned with your highest vision.

One) Enter a quiet, meditative state. Allow the highest vision for your life to come into your mind. Hold this vision in a steady focus, seeing it in as much detail as possible. Feel what it is like to be experiencing this reality. What does it look like? How are you interacting with the people around you? What activities do you participate in?

Two) Ask yourself, who is the self experiencing this reality? How is this self different from your present-moment self? What would you have to believe to be this self who is experiencing your highest vision? How do these beliefs differ from your present-moment beliefs?

Three) Observe the differences between this self and your present-moment self. Move back and forth between the self experiencing your highest vision and your present-moment self. Step fully into the feeling state of each self, observing each in detail. Continue to work with the process of moving back and forth between the two until you have a clear understanding of their differences, their similarities or harmonizing points, and can move easily between the two.

Four) Set your intention to adopt the self who is experiencing your highest vision as your identity self. Allow this identity to become your focus self.

Five) As you move through your days, allow this new identity self to inform your actions. Observe your thoughts. Observe how you relate to the world from the perspective of this new identity.

This is a process you can use over and over again as your highest vision continues to grow and evolve in your journey of becoming.

We no longer need to leave our bodies in order to ascend.
We can raise our vibration and walk into the higher realms of light.

Ascension is physical, emotional, mental and spiritual ascension

Raising the vibrational frequency of all lower bodies into a unified love-light field

We are ascending from one dimension of reality to another, less concerned with physical survival and more with raising our vibratory forms to that of lightbody

When we consistently maintain a loving vibration we experience a rise in vibrational frequency and begin to in-body 5th dimensional qualtities of love and creativity

Ascension is being fully in-bodied yet vibrating at the highest possible frequency

*The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun* is said to be older, more precise and larger than the Great Pyramid in Egypt* “In 2005, archaeologist Semir Osmanagic discovered several structures covered by topsoil and vegetation. An international scholar of worldwide pyramidal structures, he recognized the manufactured angles and coordinates that characterize pyramids on five continents. Subsequent, excavations and scientific testing of artifacts have dated several structures from 12,000 to 34,000 B.C.

Intentionally hidden, the covered pyramids were considered to be natural hills. The Great Bosnian Pyramid, formerly known as Visocica Hill, is the first European pyramid to be discovered and is located in the heart of Bosnia, in the town of Visoko. The pyramid has all the elements: four perfectly shaped slopes pointing toward the cardinal points, a flat top and an entrance complex. On top of the pyramid are also the ruins of a medieval walled town, once the base of a Bosnian king Tvrtko of Kotromanic (1338-1391). Because of its similarities to the Pyramid of the Sun in Teotihuacan, Mexico, it has been named the “Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun” (‘Bosanska Piramida Sunca’)…On the site, Sam has also discovered underground tunnels that connect the pyramids: ‘We found a paved entrance plateau and discovered underground tunnels’.”
